The international theme for this year's World Mental Heatlh Day is:

Strengthen Your Mental Muscle: The Relationship between Physical and Mental Health

So... the community forum will feature presentations by mental health researchers, relating past and future research on the link between exercise and mental health.

This entertaining session will include exercise demonstrations and a panel answering questions from the audience.
